Pancake mix

Groomy Baby Pancake Mix

Malaysian halal four-ingredient pancake mix with no added salt or sugar; contains wheat and milk.

Why we picked it: A Malaysian-made, halal pancake mix with a four-ingredient list (unbleached flour, vegetable powder, milk powder, baking soda) and no added salt, sugar, preservatives or colouring. Pancakes are a classic BLW strip food, and the broccoli and purple sweet potato versions add colour and veg exposure. It supports a small local business.
Skip it if: You need gluten-free or dairy-free: it contains wheat flour and milk powder. In the broccoli version only the vegetable powder is organic, not the flour.
