Why we picked it: Popped corn, not flour: organic maize (97%), sesame (2%) and sea salt, ACO certified organic. The brand says Real Foods is a gluten-free manufacturing site with no wheat or gluten products, and that its gluten-free status is verified by independent lab testing. At 138mg sodium per 100g it's far lower in salt than most crackers, and it's a rice-free base for avocado, egg or hummus.
Skip it if: Your child hasn't had sesame yet (introduce it on its own first) or reacts to soy: the pack says it may contain soy. It's an adult crispbread with no age guidance, so break it into strips or soften it with a topping for younger toddlers.
